Project "Aegina"

We undertook a project to design and organize a space for short-term rental in Aegina. Our goal was to transform this area into a cozy and functional small apartment, ideal for visitors looking for a comfortable and stylish stay.

Space Design and Interior:

The space was converted into a compact apartment featuring an open-plan living area, bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. The design emphasizes functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a pleasant and convenient living experience.

Key Features:

Open-Plan Layout: The open-plan layout combines the living room, bedroom, and kitchenette into a seamless and efficient space. This design maximizes the use of available square footage while creating a sense of openness and airiness.
Bathroom: The bathroom is designed with modern fixtures and finishes, providing a clean and refreshing environment for guests. The use of neutral colors and high-quality materials ensures durability and ease of maintenance.
Patio: The outdoor patio has been transformed into a versatile space for study and relaxation. It offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while providing a quiet area for work or leisure. Additionally, the patio can be used to create a second sleeping area in the living room, enhancing the apartment's flexibility.

To meet the requirements of short-term rental management, we focused on efficient order management and space organization. This involved careful planning and execution to ensure the space is both welcoming and practical for guests.

Key Strategies:

Functional Furnishings: We selected multifunctional furniture that can easily adapt to different needs. For example, a sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option, while storage solutions are integrated throughout the apartment to keep the space organized and clutter-free.
Guest Convenience: The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances and utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Clear instructions and labels ensure that everything is easy to find and use.
Aesthetic Appeal: The interior design incorporates a harmonious color palette and stylish decor elements that reflect the charm of Aegina. This creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.

By focusing on both design and functionality, we have created a small apartment that is perfect for short-term rental in Aegina.
